What is 2H1S's photography style?
We choose to capture the most natural and genuine photos. Through the perspective of an observer, we let the "moments" unfold and simply capture them. In some cases, we will provide guidance to create editorial and timeless photos.
How can I book a session?
1 - Choose a date and time for the photoshoot. 2 - Select a photography package that suits your preferences. 3 - Pay a 30% deposit to secure the booking. 4 - Schedule a video call to discuss mood boards, locations, and wardrobe. 5 - Book makeup services for the photoshoot day. 6 - Enjoy your photoshoot session!
We're not comfortable in front of the camera, is that okay?
Don't worry; you're not alone! In fact, 90% of the couples we work with have had similar concerns. You don't need to know how to pose or act like a model. Think of the photoshoot as a date, enjoy the time with your significant other. Trust us, magic happens when you feel comfortable and natural.
What if the weather turns bad on the day of the photoshoot?
If you've scheduled your session on a weekday, and the weather isn't favorable, we will do our best to reschedule the photoshoot for you. However, please remember that less than ideal weather can sometimes add an interesting element to your beautiful story.
Do you provide makeup services for the photoshoot?
According to the photography package, makeup will be done once in the morning. If you wish to change your look or hairstyle during the photoshoot, please contact us for further advice.
Can you recommended us some nice location for the photoshoot?
After over 10 years of photography experience and exploring Australia, 2H1S has compiled a list of beautiful locations for you to choose from. However, we're always excited to shoot at new locations. So, if you happen to fall in love with a beautiful spot on Instagram, don't hesitate to share it with us.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible. In Australia, couples typically start preparing for their weddings at least 12 months in advance. Therefore, the schedule for 2H1S is often booked well into the next year.
When will we receive the edited photos?
We always want to take as much time as needed to ensure your photos are well-crafted. Typically, the average turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. Additionally, you have the option to pay an extra $250 for a rush delivery, which will provide you with the photos within 2 weeks.
We're not the most fashionable couple in town
The perfection of a photo lies in the harmonious combination of location, attire, and accessories. Rest assured, we will provide guidance and support in styling, so you can participate in the photoshoot without any worries.
We want to cancel our photoshoot book.
We're sorry, but the deposit is non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your photoshoot for a different date within the next 12 months. If the day you're canceling is: A weekday, you won't incur a cancellation fee. A weekend day, you will need to pay an additional $499 cancellation fee because our team has to decline other wedding day bookings to reserve the date for you.
